Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to ask Kaduna Quantum Innovations Hub to delete the personal information we hold about you or your child, including any data connected with our WhatsApp messaging and our Facebook / Instagram publishing.

What we can delete

• Your contact details (name, phone number, email, address).
• Enquiry and lead records created from the website form or admissions chatbot.
• WhatsApp message history and delivery/read receipts associated with your number.
• Any student record that is no longer required to be retained by education regulations or ongoing enrolment.

Some records must be kept for a limited period to meet legal, accounting or safeguarding obligations. Where we cannot delete immediately, we will restrict use of the data and delete it once the retention period ends.

How to request deletion

1. Send a request to info@kadquantumhub.ng at info@kadquantumhub.ng, or call 08164111189.
2. Use the subject line “Data deletion request” and tell us the name and phone number or email the data is held under (and the student’s name, if relevant).
3. We may ask one or two questions to confirm your identity so we do not delete the wrong person’s data.

How long it takes

We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete verified deletions within 30 days. We will confirm in writing what was deleted and what, if anything, had to be retained and why.

Opting out without full deletion

If you only want to stop receiving WhatsApp or marketing messages, reply “STOP” to any message or tell info@kadquantumhub.ng. Your account and school records stay intact; only optional messaging is switched off.
