KadQuantumHub (Kaduna Quantum Innovations Hub) is an ICT, AI and coding training hub in Kaduna, Nigeria. It offers online courses with verifiable certificates, 3-month (12-week) and 6-month (24-week) SIWES / IT industrial training placements, and a non-profit AI Community focused on AI education, AI ethics, a Hausa AI project and low-cost local AI research.
KadQuantumHub is at No 2/3 Yakubu Gowan Way Opposite TajBank Leventis Bridge, Kaduna, Kaduna State, Nigeria. Online courses can be taken from anywhere; SIWES practical sessions and community events hold at the hub.

KadQuantumHub is for secondary school leavers, polytechnic and university students (including students on SIWES / IT), graduates and job seekers, working professionals, teachers, business owners and creators who want practical ICT, coding and AI skills.
You can do your SIWES / IT placement at KadQuantumHub in Kaduna. It is a structured industrial training programme in web development and ICT with a weekly schedule, a supervised weekly logbook, a capstone project, an official acceptance letter and a certificate that can be verified online. SIWES training at KadQuantumHub comes in 3-month (12-week) and 6-month (24-week) tracks, so you can match your institution's IT period. Every cohort starts on a Monday.
During SIWES you learn Web Foundations - HTML & CSS, JavaScript - Making Websites Interactive, PHP & MySQL with XAMPP, Cybersecurity Awareness, Cable Networking, Professional Office Skills, Capstone Project, Front-End Pro - Bootstrap, APIs & Git and PHP in Production - Uploads, Email, APIs & Deployment. The longer track adds advanced modules and more practice time. No previous experience is needed.

The next SIWES intake at KadQuantumHub, 3-Month SIWES Batch A 2026/2027 (3 months), starts on Monday, 2 November 2026.
Apply online at https://kadquantumhub.ng/siwes/apply: fill in your details, institution and course of study, upload your SIWES / IT introduction letter, and choose your track and start date. Once approved, you receive your trainee login and an acceptance letter by email.
Yes. When your application is approved, KadQuantumHub emails you an official SIWES acceptance letter (PDF) addressed to your institution's SIWES / IT coordinator. It can also be downloaded from your trainee portal, and your institution can verify it online with the QR code on the letter.
No experience is needed - the programme starts from the basics. A laptop is strongly recommended for projects, though lessons can be studied on a phone.

The KadQuantumHub AI Community is a non-profit AI community in Kaduna. It teaches people to understand AI and use it better, leads conversations on AI ethics and the dangers of AI to society, is building a Hausa AI to help detect insults and abuse on social media, and researches how to build low-cost local AI. Joining is free at https://kadquantumhub.ng/community.
Yes. The AI Community is run on a non-profit basis as an initiative of KadQuantumHub, and it is free to join. Its goal is public benefit: AI literacy for everyone, responsible and ethical use of AI, and AI built for local languages and needs.
The Hausa AI project is the AI Community's effort to build AI that understands Hausa well enough to help detect insults, abuse and hate speech on social media, so harmful content can be moderated and regulated fairly. It is in the research stage, built with native Hausa speakers, with humans making final decisions and care for privacy and free expression. Volunteers can join at https://kadquantumhub.ng/community.
Yes. The AI Community researches how to build useful, low-cost local AI - small, efficient models that can run on affordable hardware or phones, work with Hausa and other local languages, and do not depend on expensive foreign services. Findings are shared openly.
